Program Overview
The REIMI Analyst Program selects 4–5 top students to participate over the Fall and Winter semesters. In the Fall, analysts undergo comprehensive training focused on developing technical and behavioral skills required to represent Concordia. During the Winter semester, students compete in real estate case competitions across North America, representing Concordia and the John Molson School of Business.
Notre programme
Concordia University’s first-ever implied real estate investment initiative; designed to equip students with institutional-quality analytical skills essential for success in the real estate industry at the highest level. Each year, 4-5 students will be selected and trained in both technical and behavioral skills.
REIMI's Core Pillars
Training & Workshops
Students will learn to build real estate financial models and perform institutional-quality investment analysis. Workshops will also focus on presentation skills and industry best practices.
Mentorship & Coaching
Participants will present two mocks cases to leading industry professionals. These professionals will provide developmental feedback and ongoing mentorship throughout the program.
Competing & Winning
In the winter semester, analyst will represent Concordia at two real estate case competition across Canada. All travel and competition expenses are covered by REIMI. Analysts retain any competition winnings, with the collective prize pool exceeding $30,000.
